Starter

Beetroot cured local salmon, celeriac, mustard and soured cream

Duck liver parfait, toasted truffled brioche, madeira jelly and quince chutney

Golden cross and caramelised red onion cheesecake, roasted heritage tomato and chilli jam (v)

 

Main

Citrus and sage basted turkey breast, buttered fondant potato, smoked pancetta, local sausage and chestnut roulade,
brussels sprouts with balsamic and cranberries

Roasted rump of lamb, braised lamb shoulder cromesquis, creamy dauphinnoise potato and textures of peas

Pan fried seabass, chilli crab beignets, samphire and sweetcorn veloute

 

Dessert

Dark chocolate, hazelnut and salted caramel sphere

Cookies and cream cheesecake

Spiked warmed Christmas pudding

Freshly brewed coffee and chocolates
